1. Definitions

  • Service Provider: DN Mechanical
  • Customer: The person or entity requesting or receiving vehicle services.
  • Vehicle: The vehicle presented for servicing or repair.

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Appointments must be confirmed in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances with prior notice.

3. Estimates and Quotations

  • Initial estimates or quotations provided are based on information available at the time.
  • Final costs may vary depending on additional work or parts required, which will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.

4. Damage Pre-Inspection and Possible Damage

  • Upon vehicle drop-off, a thorough pre-inspection will be conducted to document the vehicle’s existing condition and any visible damage.
  • The Customer acknowledges that some existing damage may not be apparent until disassembly or servicing has begun.
  • While every precaution is taken to avoid damage, some minor risks (e.g., scratches, paint chips, or incidental damages) may occur during servicing or repair work.
  • The Service Provider will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or incidental damage not caused by negligence.
  • Any new or accidental damage caused by the Service Provider during servicing will be reported promptly and addressed according to agreed terms.

5. Vehicle Drop-Off and Collection

  • Customers must provide accurate information about the vehicle and service requirements.
  • The vehicle must be dropped off and collected at agreed times.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for any delays caused by late drop-off or collection.

6. Liability and Warranty

  • We guarantee workmanship for a period of 90 days on repairs conducted.
  • Parts supplied by third parties carry their own manufacturer warranties.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • The customer is responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash or bank transfer.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide full disclosure of the vehicle’s history and any known issues.
  • Inform us of any special requirements or safety considerations.

9. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

10. Privacy

  • Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
  • We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

11. Vehicle Storage

  • We may hold vehicles on our premises after service completion for a maximum of 7 days.
  • After this period, additional storage fees may apply.

12. Acceptance of Terms

  • By utilizing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
